Christopher Hunter, I have been a resident of Sherwood Estates for a little over a year now. I enjoy the great community that Sherwood has to offer and the close amenities surrounding the neighborhood.
Greetings folks, my name is Nicole Giarratana and I am a new resident of Sherwood Estates running for the HOA Board. I love living here and I look forward to working steadfastly for my fellow neighbors if given the opportunity. They say a chain is only as strong as the weakest link, and I am eager to be the newest link of our communal chain.

I'm Sarah Brozovich! I have just completed my first term, and I hope to be re-elected. I have been a Sherwood Estates resident since 2017. I live here with my husband and baby daughter. I find Sherwood Estates to be a wonderful place to raise a child! My goals for the board are to increase transparency, build community, and to maintain home values.
