NOTE:  County, city, or state ordinances can override Sherwood Estates Declaration of Restrictions. 

Missouri 442.404.  Political signs, homeowners' associations not to prohibit — reasonable restrictions and removal permitted 

SEHA: Signs must be no larger than 20 inches, 1 sign per candidate, 1 sign per initiative, displayed inside or outside home, no more than 60 days prior to the election and 7 days post election.  Cannot obstruct vision lane of traffic.  1/21/2021 Board Meeting
