Annual Dues
$25.00, plus any approved special assessment
HOA Billing Year
January 1 - December 31, with delinquent status if payment is not received by February 1st of current year
Fee Schedule
A Transfer fee of $250.00 will be charged when a property ownership is transferred. This charge is designed to cover the cost of time, effort, postage and documents required to comply with Title Company and/or Bank requirements and to close out and open accounts on our system.
A Service fee of $15 plus $.10 per page for unusual and/or expedited document requests from Real Estate Agents, Title Companies and/or Banks.
