Spring is Around the Corner?!?!

It's time to start thinking about spring even though we're awaiting our next snow storm!    Please be sure to submit any exterior alteration forms PRIOR to doing any exterior maintenance to your Sherwood Estates home or property.   The alteration form can be printed from any page of website under the "Forms and Documents" section or you may pick upa paper copy in the office.  

We've set our Spring Community Garage Sale dates to Thursday - Saturday, April 24th - 26th.   The Dumpster Day is scheduled for the following Saturday, May 3rd (date is still tentative pending approval from the city).   Chipper day will be Monday, May 5th (again, this is tentative pending final approval from the vendor).    We will provide more specific details once we have confirmed dates for the Dumpster and Chipper schedule.
