2017 DUMPSTER Day!

Your homes association has contracted for two dumpsters to be placed within our neighborhood on Saturday, TBD 8am to Noon.   Due to the traffic jams last year we will locate these in two different locations: 

• Sherwood Drive and 48th Terrace (east side of Chouteau Trafficway) 

• College Ave and 47th Terrace (west side of Chouteau Trafficway) 

This is a wonderful service that's provided to our residents.  Holding this annual event helps to keep "junk" off the curb, keep our homes uncluttered and marketable. We have a metal scrapper lined up to recycle the metal items.

• We cannot accept yard waste, TV's, appliances, printers, antifreeze, batteries, oil, paint, tires or hazardous materials

• We will be monitoring for proof of residency and confirmation that dues are current. 

• The dumpsters fill up fast so don't wait to the last minute.  We hope to see you there!

We will need volunteers to complete the following:  

     • Verify residency within Sherwood Estates

     •Monitor dumpster to insure that no unapproved items are placed in them.

     •Assist residents with unloading.

Please send us an email message, or call the office, if you are able to assist.  We need a minimum of 4 volunteers, per dumpster,  for full coverage.  You're welcome to volunteer for the entire period (8am to noon) or any time frame in between.
