Kansas City: Leaf and Brush Pick-up

The city of Kansas City has announced their fall/winter 2013 Leaf and Brush pick-up schedule.  For Sherwood Estates residents with a Tuesday trash day - it will be Tuesday November 5th & December 3rd.   For residents with a Friday schedule it will be Friday, November 8th and December 6th.    

Here are the guidelines: 

• Same day as trash/recycling collection. 

• Curbside by 7am 

• Limit of 20 sacks and/or bundles in total. 

• Paper sacks only. 

• Brush bundled with twine and not to exceed 4' x 2'. 

• No duct tape.

• No trash.

• Call 311 within 24 hours to report a missed pickup.
