Garage Sale, Dumpster Day/Electronic Disposal

2012 Spring Garage Sale (4/27-4/28):  Thank you to the residents that submitted their information for the online listing.   Please remember that all Sherwood Estate households may participate in the 2012 Spring Garage Sale even if you didn't include your information on the list.

2012 Dumpster Day (5/5):  The weekend after the garage sale is our annual dumpster day.  We still need volunteers for both the east and west side.    We need a minimum of three volunteers per dumpster to handle the following activities:

If you are able to assist for one or more hours, please contact the office via phone or email.   Currently we do NOT have enough volunteers to support this event. 

Lastly, Goodwill will accept some of the items that we cannot accept in the dumpster(s), please see the following article.

Reconnect is a residential computer recycling program that offers you an easy, convenient and responsible way to recycle your used computer equipment. You can drop off any brand of used equipment at participating Goodwill donation centers in your area. It's free, and you'll get a receipt for tax purposes. What's more, you'll be helping protect the environment and benefiting your community at the same time.

Reconnect accepts any brand of used computer equipment in any condition. We also accept just about anything that can be connected to a computer. Including: Monitors, Computers (Desktop & Laptop), Printers, Scanners, Hard Drives (External or Internal), Keyboards, Mice, Speakers, Cords & Cables, Ink & Toner Cartridges, Software, Microsoft Xbox, Microsoft Zune, Microsoft-branded Webcams

Recyclable at select locations: Televisions, Cell Phones, Appliances
