Your Sherwood Estates Home Association is seeking a replacement for the vacant position in the office. The following ad ran on Craig's List earlier this week:

Immediate opening for a Part Time Administrative Assistant with Quickbooks experience. Approx 15 hours per week. (schedule is somewhat flexible and yet to be determined.) This position requires computer skills including MS Office and Google Mail. Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize as needed. Must have excellent communication skills, superb phone etiquette and willingness to help out wherever needed. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
