2017 Special Assessment and Annual Meeting Results

Thursday, December 7, 2017, residents attended a special assessment meeting to vote on a $50.00 increase in dues for 2018. Here are the voting results: 

• 84% Favorable 

• 16% Unfavorable 

The special assessment passed and the dues for 2018 will be $75.00 ($25.00 plus $50.00 Special Assessment).

After the special assessment meeting we held the Annual Business Meeting.    The two incumbent board directors were re-elected and a new resident added for two year terms: 

• Marty Schulttpelz   

• Paula Floyd

• Ed Perez 

The following board directors have one more year on their existing term:

• Andrew Dougherty  - term ending 12/31/18

• Cassandra Jones - term ending 12/31/18

• Karl Shikles - term ending 12/31/18

• Norma Smith - term ending 12/31/2018
