The newest addition to Sherwood Estates is the new community hall and office at 4120 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City, MO 64119.  It provides our established neighborhood and home owners association the competitive edge of newer subdivisions and a community clubhouse, where residents can gather to play cards, do yoga or have a baby shower.
