We found these two dogs on 49th Street near Askew Circle on Tuesday, 27th.  They are both very sweet and the brown pitbull has a red collar with a 2005 rabies tag from a different state. The white bulldog has a blue collar with yellow side stripes and no identification. Both of these sweethearts are female and seem to know one another. For the next week they will be at Gladstone Animal Veterinary Clinic at 816-436-1100. Or contact Ellen at 816-718-7881 if you own them or think you know the owners. Thanks!

Found this Cattle Dog/ Healer Mix on Wednesday 6-15 on 46th and Winn. Female, 15 lbs, house trained, very sweet-natured and knows some commands. Please help us find this sweet girls home. Call Matt 816-914-1001.

This cutie wandered in my yard with a chain and yard stake that it was attached to in tow.  She has no tag so can't call anyone.  However she is very gentle and very approachable.  She has been well trained.  I have staked her out in my front yard for now in hopes someone looking for her will come by and see her.  I have given her food and water. After I get home this evening I will put her in the back with my dog.  They should do well together.  My contact info is below.3515 NE 48th St, KCMO 64119

An in-tack male pitbull mix that is not friendly towards human males.  He is very dark brown in color with white markings that include white around his neck.  He has a blue collar but no info.  He currently hangs out at our home 3515 NE 48^th St and our neighbor to the North.  He is able to jump fences, so there is no way  of containing him(short of tying him up.) And while he has caused only small concern, he will not leave the area and human males would be best to heed not yield to his growls and barks.  I have called the city and they are not acting upon non-emergency calls.  They will be out next week.  However if this is your dog please come and get him before they do.

A small male, dog appearing to be part Dachshund, was in the Fuemmeler's backyard fence on Tuesday morning, August 31, 2010.  He has a collar, but no information and he is not micro-chipped.  His estimated weight is around 8-10 pounds.  If anyone has lost this dog/puppy have them contact Kendra at (417) 234-3879 or come by the house at 4701 N. Cleveland.

Neighbors,

The French's at 4701 NE Chouteau Drive has reported their 5.5 lb white and black Cornish Rex cat, named Niki,  being missing since Sat morning (9-3-11).  Go to the Lost and Found page of the Sherwood Estates website for photo and updated information.
